A person, not a platform

Como Activities is not an agency and not a booking platform. It is one local person (with a small team) who lives on the lake, knows every captain, chef and guide by name — and answers your WhatsApp personally.

Why we exist

Booking platforms charge operators 20–30% commission, and that cost lands on you. Meanwhile the best small operators on Lake Como — the family with two beautiful wooden boats, the chef who teaches in her own kitchen — have terrible websites and no time for marketing. We connect the two sides: you get honest prices and the right operator, they get guests who actually show up. Everybody wins except the platforms.

What we promise

• No prepayment, ever — you pay the operator directly, on the day, cash or card as agreed
• Real prices — the figures on this site are the actual 2026 market rates, checked with operators
• Honest advice — if an experience is not worth your money, we will tell you and suggest a better one
• Bad-weather guarantee — free rescheduling when the lake says no
• One contact — the same person from first message to the end of your trip

What we don't do

We don't sell packages, we don't hold your money, and we don't list operators who pay to be featured. If we recommend someone, it is because we would send our own family to them.
